With over 20 years of hands-on experience in metal fabrication and welding, Ivan Fraire has built a career that speaks for itself. What began as a deep passion for building cars evolved into a professional journey that has taken him to the highest levels of the industry. He was also part of the welding team that contributed to the Mars Rover, a project with no margin for error.

That same precision carried him into long-standing work with several demanding organizations in aerospace and defense. Alongside that experience, Ivan holds an AWS/AMS Aerospace certs, two of the most rigorous credentials available in the welding profession.

In 2020, Ivan founded GCODE-CNC with a clear and deliberate mission: to ensure that every company he works with is equipped not just with the necessary equipment, but with the knowledge, confidence, and safety procedures to operate independently and effectively. Ivan has traveled across more than 10 states and internationally to deliver hands-on training and expert installation to facilities of all sizes.

His approach is rooted in one core belief, that a successful job is not measured by the equipment installed, but by the confidence of the team left behind. 

Beyond the certifications and credentials, what has defined Ivan's career most profoundly are the connections and friendships built along the way. Across two decades, hundreds of facilities, and countless training sessions, the relationships formed on those shop floors are what he values above all else. To Ivan, a completed project is not just a job well done, it is the beginning of a professional relationship built on trust, respect, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.

That is his greatest measure of success, and the reason GCODE-CNC exists.
